In order to provide better experience to customers through connected services, our team is constantly doing research overseas.
I would like to introduce the insights from that research and the importance of understanding regional differences.

Having worked as a UI/UX designer since 2012, Yuko has created apps for a large number of automobile manufacturing companies. She joined Nissan Motor in 2017, to pursue her interested in the future of cars and mobility.

Currently, she is working as a UI/UX designer for connected car apps. And now that the industry is at a turning point in mobility, Yuko strives to spread the concept of human-centered design throughout the company.
